Who we are

Weir Dough is a Brooklyn based pretzel project rooted in craft, quality, and intention.

Our pretzels sit somewhere between a classic Bavarian pretzel and a New York bagel. Hand rolled, baked fresh, and finished with flavors that feel familiar but not boring. We keep things small batch and intentional, whether we’re popping up around the city, hosting a brand event, or baking for a private crowd.

Weir Dough started as a love for process. Dough, heat, timing, repetition. It grew into a way to bring people together, feed a room, and make something memorable without taking ourselves too seriously.

Based in Brooklyn. Made to be eaten warm. Best enjoyed with good company.
