Our 1976 Piaggio Ape 50 has been reimagined as an electric, event ready pretzel cart. It serves warm, hand rolled Weir Dough pretzels while doubling as a visual centerpiece. Perfect for brand activations, private events, and special gatherings, it’s a nostalgic Italian classic with a very Brooklyn point of view.

our Story

Weir Dough began as a personal experiment in pretzel perfection. One kitchen, one dough recipe, and an unhealthy level of curiosity. Today, we make small batch, hand rolled pretzels that bridge classic Bavarian technique with Brooklyn style. Organic ingredients, bold toppings, and a chew that keeps you coming back.

A man wearing a black backwards cap, a white t-shirt, a white apron, and black gloves is preparing dough in a commercial kitchen. There is a tray of shaped dough pieces on a baking sheet and a metal bowl on the counter in front of him. The background includes stainless steel appliances and kitchen equipment.
